Vegan food can and should be the richest, most flavorful, filling food you’ve ever had. All it takes is the right vegan recipes that blend creativity with healthy vegan food products that make the vegan diet an easy, nutritious one.

The vegan food list is long, with countless combinations of ingredients for tasty vegan recipes, but a good place to start is the vegan food pyramid that details the number of daily servings you need from each group of vegan food products. As for eggs, use a potato-based egg replacer for baking and frying, and tofu for omelets in your vegan recipes.
